About the roleAs a planner in the maintenance department, you will have an exciting role that combines strategic and operational work. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating our maintenance efforts and ensuring that the work functions both in the short and long term.

You will have close dialogue with department heads and purchasing to ensure that the right resources and materials are in place. You are a central part of the maintenance team and external suppliers and play an important role in creating effective planning processes.

The work involves being responsible for all planning regarding internal and external resources, spare parts, and coordination meetings before and after service stops.

You will also actively work with our maintenance system MaintMaster and act as a contact person for our service providers.

You will be part of our factory in Smålandsstenar, where about 25 employees work with maintenance and together develop our technical production environment for stable and sustainable operations.

Your profileWe are looking for someone with experience in planning within industry, such as production planning, material planning, or maintenance planning. You will gain knowledge about maintenance with us; the most important thing is that you have experience in planning and a structured work style. You are used to thinking strategically and thrive in a coordinating role. If you have previously held a coordinating role, it is an advantage.

As a person, you easily see the big picture and translate plans into practical implementation. You work in a structured manner, have good foresight, and are meticulous while maintaining focus on solving tasks efficiently. With a solution-oriented approach, you handle both planned and unexpected situations with calm and clarity. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues, sharing your knowledge, and actively contributing to a work climate where improvements are a natural part of everyday life.
